The Nelson Estate went for Auction on Thurday 7th January 1926. The street names on teh map have changed, the Nelson Estate roads are now titled Ferndale, Redgrove and Saracen Roads. Most of the northern lots fronting Devlin’s creek, have been resumed and are now under the M2.
