The Sprinfield Estate was the sale of 8 lots, on Saturday 1st November 1913, between Beecroft Road and Thornleigh Road (now Wongala Cres).
The name “Springfield” is taken from the brick cottage “Springfield, which still exists today at 59 Beecroft Rd.
