From the image below we can see that there were three parcels for sale. Lots in Malton St, Hannah St and also in Garrett St / Park Avenue. These properties were for sale via auction on Saturday 12th April 1919.

Park Ave / Garrett St
The Herring Estate 1919 included half of the northern side of present day Park Ave (Lot 703). Lot 709 as shown of the adverisment is mostly part of the Byles Creek Reserve today. It should be noted that the map in the advert and many maps, up to the present day, shows Garrett avenue extending beyond Park Avenue. Today, Garrett Avenue ends where Park Avenue starts, presumnably because it has never been practical to extend Garrett St across, the steeply sided, Byles Creek Reserve.
